Stock Rules:

#1: If you are using them on any other site beside DA then I ask that you credit me ON the photo. If you do not please don't even bother using the picture.

#2: If you are using the picture on DA and ONLY on DA then you do not need credits on the picture you have the option of posting credits on the description.

#3: If you use my stock please send me a link with the picture so I can see what you have done with the picture. I like to fav the pictures and enjoy seeing what you make of them.

#4: You MAY NOT post any of my unaltered stock photos on any uploading web site. [Ie: Photobucket, Tinypic... etc]. If you alter them (ie: use a horse on a diff bg) by all means upload away, but if you just take the unaltered original photo and upload it somewhere... thats a big no-no

#5: Please do not use my stock in a way that it's being re-posted as stock, (ie: pre-cuts, color changes, etc). When pre-cuts are offered, many times artists do not credit the stock holder who actually took the photo and only credit the artist who cut it out. If there will be pre-cuts of my work I'll offer them myself.

#6: Have fun using the pictures!!

Now if you'd kindly inform me of any other sites that you know of where you can use horse stock I'll add them to the list and I'll probably become a member so I can have an extra eye out JUST in case.

Ah, and the one site I'm still 'iffy' on is Horseland.com. Right now I'll limit my stock use to only barn layouts and NO horse pictures as I do not have the ability to go searching everywhere for stolen and uncredited pictures. Horseland.com is NOTORIOUS for not crediting an using pictures without permission. Because of that I have strict rules for them. If you see a picture of mine being used that isn't credited (layout or picture) or is a horse picture I ask that you send me a note with a link or http address to their page so that I can personally ask them to remove it.
